Recipe of the Week: Banana Chia Pudding
3 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 cup of Almond Milk
Mash bananas in a bowl. Stir in chia seeds and almond milk. Let sit for 1-2 hours, to allow pudding to thicken.
This pudding will have:
- 8+ grams of protein
- 65% of daily recommended value of Calcium
- 18% of daily recommended value of Iron
